Herff Jones has the GBG Spirit

Herff Jones customer service exemplified greatness with their customer service appreciation day. By using the GBG mission as a theme, the team encouraged and motivated each other. Natalie Jones, yearbook manager from Kansas City, MO, explained one group activity:

For one of our engagement tasks, we made Note cards for the team (see picture attached) and gave them this assignment…

  • Be Determined Card – Write something GREAT about a co-worker

  • Be Positive Card – Write something GREAT about a family member or friend

  • Be Brave Card – Write something GREAT about yourself.

With all of the encouraging cards they did a drawing for a gift card.
